Domi GO is the professional’s app. You publish your services, get requests from your area and head out with the payment already settled.
- You publish, you don’t wait. You upload each service with photos, price, duration and description. Your listing goes into your area’s catalog.
- You set the price. And the duration, and which services you offer. Domi does not set your rates.
- You get paid without chasing anyone. The client pays inside the app, through Mercado Pago. No more “I’ll transfer it tomorrow”.
- Requests from your area. You set your base area and only get requests from there. You accept the ones that work for you.
- No monthly fee. You pay nothing to be listed. Domi charges a commission only when a service actually goes through.

Is Domi an appointment app?
No. Domi is a marketplace for at-home services. Professionals publish their services with photo, price, duration and area, and you book the one you want from the app — you don’t request an appointment or wait for someone to confirm by message. It is closer to ordering delivery than to scheduling a visit.
Can I see when my professional is coming?
Yes. Once she sets off toward your place you follow her on the map from the app, live, and we let you know when she is on the way, when she arrives and when the service starts.
What is DO?
It is Domi’s artificial intelligence, for when you don’t know what to pick. You tell it what is going on — “my hair is damaged, what do you recommend?” — and it suggests services and professionals available to book right then. It only recommends things that exist and are published on Domi.
Which cities does Domi work in?
We started in Corrientes, Argentina, and we are adding professionals in Buenos Aires. If there is no availability in your area yet, download the app anyway: you will see the catalog and we will let you know as soon as we open near you.
How do I pay?
Inside the app, through Mercado Pago. You don’t handle cash or transfers outside the platform: the payment stays in Domi, which is why your request moves forward right away.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel from the app. If you cancel before the professional accepts, you get a full refund; once the service has been accepted, the refund depends on how much time is left. The app shows you the details before you confirm the cancellation.
How much does a service cost?
Each professional sets her own price, and it is published before you book — no surprise charges at the end. You can compare several before choosing.

Download Domi GO, create your account and publish your services with photo, price, duration and your coverage area. From there you are in the catalog and can start receiving requests. There is no monthly fee and no sign-up cost.

- The network already exists. Domi already knows how to get a service to someone’s door: matching by area, payment settled up front, live tracking. A unit that travels to a home runs on that very same infrastructure.
- You ask DO for it. The person asks DO for the service the way they would ask for any other — “I want a gel manicure” — and DO sends the unit to their door. DO is what guides it: the same artificial intelligence that recommends services inside the app today.
- It replaces nobody. It covers the most basic end of the catalogue — the routine that keeps getting postponed because leaving the house is the hard part. Treatments, anything to do with skin and everything clinical stays with professionals and with the health system.
- Independence, not dependency. The point is for an older adult to keep up their own personal care at home, without having to depend on someone driving them anywhere.
